Celebrate a century of the Mother Road with an evening of live music, birthday cake, and family fun in downtown Miami. Miami OK Main Street invites the community and Route 66 travelers to gather at Main 66 Venue for a birthday party featuring the Full Throttle Band, food trucks, free face painting, and free balloon art.
The centerpiece is a six-foot-by-six-foot Route 66 shield cake created by Terran Bakery, with free birthday cake to help everyone join the celebration. Grab something to eat from Clark’s Smash N Dash, THT Hot Dogs, or Sweet Sips, then settle in for the music. Bring your... lawn chairs and spend a November evening celebrating the road and the community along it.
The celebration is sponsored by Wyandotte Nation/Bearskin Health Center and the Ottawa County Musicians Tribute Committee.
