Welcome to the Route 66 Sign Museum at Ace Sign Co., where more than 85 historic signs bring the colorful history of Springfield and the Mother Road back to life. Our collection includes beautifully restored neon, vintage roadside signs, and familiar pieces from businesses and landmarks that generations of travelers grew up seeing along the road.

What makes a visit here especially unique is that our museum lives alongside our active sign manufacturing facility. Under the wood-barreled ceilings of our historic 1952 Sears warehouse, you can experience the craftsmanship of yesterday while seeing how signs are designed and built today. Our family's sign-making tradition stretches back generations, and since founding Ace Sign Co. in 1940, preserving that craftsmanship and the signs that help tell our community's story has become part of who we are.
