Created by renowned local artist Lowell Davis, the installation features a heavily weathered, rusted 1930s Ford pickup truck hoisted high in the air on massive metal stilts.

Functioning as a clever commercial advertisement for Jackson Tire, the steel framework directly beneath the elevated platform spells out the urgent, eye-catching question, "NEED TIRES?" to drivers passing by.The sculpture gets its unique name from the hand-painted lettering on the vintage truck’s door, which proudly reads "Foxfire Farm." This was the name of Davis's personal homestead, where he originally sourced the truck before turning it into a public landmark. Today, the whimsical monument stands as a beloved photo stop for Route 66 travelers, blending Southwest Missouri’s rich automotive culture with Davis's signature style of playful, rural storytelling.
